SUPER BUSY

Im typing this from a studio in Los Angeles. Shooting a job for pioneer, and have been here since tuesday.
Ive been doing major MAJOR garden prep lately
and I go to bed completely exhausted every night. Im in the groove though...wake up at 8, have a
really thin superfood smoothie, work in the garden till about 3pm, then have some superfood paste
wrapped up in collard leaves. This is a super basic post and I promise you all that LOTS of good stuff
is coming...just hold tight with me. Im flying back tonight and picking up the bees tomorrow.

Thanks for hanging in there with me...more to come!

Anthony

  5. Hey Anthony!,

I know you are busy and I wholeheartedly respect that, so do take your time in answering this, but...I'm off to L.A. in August for an annual yogi gathering. I'll be staying near Chinatown! Do they have any durian there? Um, is there only one Chinatown in L.A.? I know that might seem a silly inquiry, but I just don't know that much about huge cities other than Houston. Thanks much and have a beautiful day!

    Namaste,
    Tash

  12. Namaste Anthony,

I have a suggestion for you. I have been thinking about the stories I have heard from folks who have travelled to India. Many tell me that people will invite you to stay with them if you need a place to stay, random people, because "Guest is God". I recently discovered www.couchsurfing.com, and I was reminded of this idea of warm welcome. There is a raw food group on there, about 80 members, I believe, a start. Just thought I'd let you and your readers know, if y'all didn't already. May you have a most beautiful day!

    Peace,
    Tash

  14. Hi Anthony,

I would like to ask you what you do exactly to stay so lean. What kind of exercises to you do and how did you discover what worked for your type of body shape, process, and etc?

Passed a beautiful weekend here in Brooklyn, climbed a mountain and had the best raw cake I've ever had from the lovely Carrie to celebrate my 31st!

    Hope beekeeping is becoming you.
